By using Later, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Later in line with the App Store rules and these terms.
Your content
You retain rights to content you save. You are responsible for links you store and for complying with third-party terms when you open them.
Disclaimer
Later is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free behavior. Local reminders depend on iOS notification settings and system behavior.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
In-app purchases
Optional tips are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.
Changes
